Welcome to RAXON ("RAXON", "we", "us", "our"), a product of deepTHINK.africa, powered by TAMANI Solutions. These Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy (together, the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the RAXON application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
RAXON is intended for higher-education students aged 18 years or older. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use RAXON, and the app will not allow you to continue once your date of birth is entered.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself (including your date of birth) and to keep it up to date. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
RAXON is an AI-assisted self-understanding and guidance tool. It analyses information you provide to produce profiles, reports, indications and suggested milestones intended to support reflection, mentoring and decision-making.
RAXON's outputs are produced by artificial intelligence working from the information you give it. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong, and may occasionally produce content that is misleading or does not apply to you. Outputs are directional indicators for guidance and development only, not statements of fact about you. You should use your own judgement, think critically, and discuss important matters with trusted people such as family, friends, teachers, mentors and qualified professionals.
RAXON is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial service, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Any observation RAXON offers about wellbeing, personality, neurodevelopmental patterns (such as attention, mood, stress or trauma-related indicators) or similar topics is an indication worth exploring with a qualified professional, never a clinical diagnosis. RAXON is not a substitute for professional care.
RAXON does not guarantee any educational, career, financial, personal, or other outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
RAXON is not an emergency or crisis service and cannot provide urgent help. If you are in distress, or you are worried about your safety or someone else's, please contact a qualified professional, a trusted person, or your local emergency or crisis services immediately.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising inside RAXON.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you give by accepting these Terms and by choosing to share information), and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or closing your account, though this may mean we can no longer provide parts of the Service.

We aim to handle your information in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and its regulations, and, for users outside Uganda, with applicable international data-protection standards, including the principles of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant: lawfulness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security, and accountability.
Where your information is transferred or processed across borders (for example, by cloud or AI-processing providers in other countries), we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.
RAXON uses artificial-intelligence models and trusted third-party service providers (for example, secure cloud hosting and AI-processing services) to operate. These providers process information only on our instructions and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We share only what is necessary to run the Service, and never to sell your data.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of passwords and protection of data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.
RAXON, its name, logo, design, software, frameworks and content are owned by deepTHINK.africa / TAMANI Solutions and are protected by law. You keep ownership of the information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us the permission needed to process your information to provide RAXON to you. The reports and indications generated for you are provided for your personal use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and RAXON, deepTHINK.africa and TAMANI Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on RAXON's outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. If you use RAXON from another country, you are also responsible for complying with your local laws, and additional mandatory protections in your country may apply to you.
